Remove Acne, Stretch Marks, Chicken Pox and Other Types of Scar

Treating Chickenpox Scars Naturally.

Chickenpox is a condition which most of us have experienced in our lifetime. Unfortunately this condition is one which causes us to want to scratch and even pick at the lesions to relieve ourselves from the severe itching and this in turn can create scarring once the pox have subsided. When you consider that the marks from chicken pox occur all over the body you will realise that the scarring can occur anywhere on the body including the face, legs and arms. Not only can these scars be embarrassing but they can also cause people to lost confidence in their appearance and may cause them to shy away from their social lives. There are ways to treat these scars though and give people back their lives.

Vitamin E oil is very beneficial to the skin, many people already know this, but few people realise that it is also effective in treating scarring left behind by chickenpox. Vitamin E not only helps to provide the skin with much needed nourishment but also helps with the healing process. Many moisturising creams which contain vitamin e are available but the most effective vitamin e for treating scarring comes in the form of a vitamin e oil. The oil needs to be dabbed onto the skin, two to three times a day until the scarring has subsided.

Honey is another natural form of treatment. Known for it’s healing and antibacterial properties, honey will assist in healing the scars and give your skin an invigorated and fresh feel. The honey needs to be smeared onto the affected skin and left on the skin for around fifteen minutes to half an hour. Whilst most honeys will work it is best to use pure honey as this is the most effective.

Garlic can also help but may be an approach to healing that some are not willing to make due to the strong scent that garlic can leave behind on your skin. Peel the garlic cloves and then crush them a little. Apply the crushed garlic to the skin and let it sit there for around 2 minutes before rinsing off. This needs to be done at least twice everyday.

A fresh lemon applied to the skin daily is another natural way to heal chicken pox scarring. Cut a lemon in half and rub the exposed inside section of the lemon onto the skin. After doing this for a little while on a daily basis it will remove dead skin and scarring and also reveal fresh, glowing skin underneath.

You don’t have to go to a drugstore to get the treatments you need. Nature has many effective treatments available, and they are much cheaper than those you will get anywhere else.
